The 60g and 90g sizes are two and three 30g pouches.
How it tastes
First harvest ceremonial matcha from Uji is known for a soft, lingering sweetness and a deep, savoury umami. It's creamy and smooth, with very little bitterness.
How to make it
Sift 3–4g (about 2 teaspoons) into a bowl. Add about 60ml of water at around 70°C. Whisk in a fast W or M shape until frothy.
Add your sweetener of choice if you like. For a latte, whisk with a splash of water, then pour over cold or steamed milk.
